Okay well no worries, I'm getting into it now. I have big plans for it.

That is GZDoom! Looks more like a real game, like Killing Floor! (except the crappy zombie model he's got). That is what we can do with using models for the whole map world.
The extra visual effects he's got he was able to do using a DLL that adds those to any openGL game. If we had someone here who knew how to do that we could do something like that :|







Anyway that's not at all what I would attempt with this, I'm just letting you know how good things can get. We don't need to worry about that for this project, or at least not until way later.

I'm going to test this out on my jungle map that is almost done (it's a very tiny map though, oh well) and hopefully I can make it look really awesome. It will still use vanilla style graphics though, I still want it to look like Doom graphics.

If it works well I might be able to use it for this project (though it comes after the mapping in DB).

Well I'm quite interested in what the results of your tests will be..
Also I need to leave for few days again (summmercabin thingy :drink: ) .. and I've recently started ... a new career.. at the post office XD = I deliver newspapers at 2:00-6:00 (quite early yess) so I'm quite messed up but it will get better :lol:
