Yeah you propably need to enable mouselook and look up ... you might also need to use jump. I'm not really sure which version the one in the download link is but I will pretty soon propably update it to a more recent one. Also I am not home atm and I forgot to bring HeXetic with me (at my father's house) so I can't do anything for it atm .. I could do some mapping though, anyway I'll try to get something done soon!

I'm not really sure what kind of help I would need with this, perhaps just map designing or something, but I most likely will want to have some part in each map because this project is my child and I want to do as much as I can so there must be my handprint somewhere in everything! :lol:

I've been thinking it would be quite fun to make upgraded versions of the weapons you can find in the maps... they could just replace the weaker versions or something I dnt know just had this idea floating in my head but I don't know xD !

The biggest issue still would be the mapping ... I set the bar too high on the first map but I still think the second map is great, so perhaps some day when I revive this project I'll stick with a bit more simple mapping... Like no super wide wannaberealistic areas ... More like classic Heretic maps mixed up with some puzzle elements from Hexen...

Also no clue how to upgrade the weapons xDDDD

I would like to see them more like classic Heretic maps to be perfectly honest. :yup:

Do you mean they would look different, act differently, just be stronger? If you recall, Korax mod used to have a sapphire wand that started as yellow and could be upgraded by leveling up or something. Perhaps you could implement a system by which weapons can be beefed up, even if it doesn't change the overall function.
